Leadership Code

About the programme
The Leadership Code programme draws on in-depth leadership research into how leaders meet organisational stakeholders' expectations and achieve effective results. This research identified the fundamental rules that guide great leaders' behaviour. The programme was designed to help leaders reach a higher level of leadership and develop managerial leadership in their organisations.
