Dr. Al-Dubaikhi holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, an MBA from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, and a doctorate from Beacon University in Italy. He currently serves as Assistant Minister of Investment. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Bahri and, before that, Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC). He is a member of the boards of several companies inside and outside Saudi Arabia, as well as a number of Saudi-foreign business councils.

Dr. Al-Duailej holds a doctorate in Culture from the Islamic University of Madinah and has completed numerous specialised courses and professional accreditations. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alsubaie Foundation and as a trustee of the Saad and Abdulaziz Al-Mousa Endowment Foundation. He previously managed the Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation in the Makkah region. He is Chairman of Qiyam Company, Vice Chairman of Nufooth Company and a member of the Endowments Committee at the Riyadh Chamber. He advises and serves a number of organisations, companies and institutions, and has participated in numerous specialist conferences and forums.

Dr. Al-Ghamdi holds a doctorate in Economics from Rensselaer in New York. He previously served as Deputy General Manager of Al Rajhi Bank and Vice President for Financial and Administrative Affairs at Al Jomaih Holding Company. He was also Head of the Islamic Economics Department and a faculty member at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. His advisory and leadership positions have included trade and finance adviser at Al Rajhi Bank and work with Al Awael Economic Consulting Centre. He has served on several local and regional boards, including Al Jomaih Energy, Pendekar Energy in Malaysia and Al Taysir Arabian Financing Company. He currently chairs the board of managers of Wahat Al Istithmar International Company and the board of Al Manarah Communications and Information Technology Company. He also serves on the boards of Basiqat Al Khaleej Company and Khibrah Al Aamal Company. He is a member of the supervisory boards of the Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Jomaih Endowments and the Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Jomaih Endowments, and a trustee of the Abdulaziz Al Jomaih Charitable Foundation and Al Jomaih Charitable Foundation.

Eng. Al-Dakhil holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University, a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and an MBA from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom, in addition to numerous courses in different fields. He currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Leaders Development Company. Before becoming LDC's CEO, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Al Tadrea Manufacturing Company and, before that, General Manager of the Armoured Vehicles and Heavy Equipment Factory. He has also advised a number of European companies in different fields. He began his career in academia, working as a teacher and later as a lecturer in technical colleges.

Eng. Al-Saleh holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from King Saud University and an MBA from the University of Hull. He currently serves as General Manager of Bab International for Specialised Services and Chief Executive Officer of North Energy Company. He is also a board member of several companies inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Al-Mubarak holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Sacramento. He is the founder and current president of Al Aswaq Management Consulting Office, which provides senior management consulting services. He has particular expertise in strategic planning, business development and human capital development. He currently serves on the boards of several companies inside and outside Saudi Arabia and is a member of the Commercial Committee at the Riyadh Chamber. He brings more than 25 years of accumulated experience, during which he has served prominent companies and business groups and participated in a number of committees and private initiatives serving the national interest.
