Member of the Board of Directors, CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee
Eng. Al-Dakhil holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from King Saud University, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the British University of Hull, in addition to many courses in different fields.
Eng. Al-Dakhil is currently the Managing Director and CEO of the Leadership Development Company. He is a member of a number of boards of directors, including: the board of directors of the Knowledge Horizon Company and the Resource Qualification Company.
In addition, Eng. Al-Dakhil participates in the membership of the Advisory Committee of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Majmaah University, and before that the Advisory Committee of the Mechanical Engineering Department at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He also chairs the Board of Directors of the IKTVA Association to Empower Families.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of the Leadership Development Company, Eng. Al-Dakhil had held the position of CEO of Al-Tadrea Company for Industry, and before that was the General Manager of the Armored Vehicles and Heavy Equipment Factory. He also worked as a consultant for the European company Tatra and Talusa.
The engineer Al-Dakhil started his career in the academic corps, where he worked as a teacher and then a lecturer in technical colleges.
