Member of the Board of Directors
Dr. Al-Ghamdi holds a PhD in Economics from New York University. He is currently the Vice President for Financial and Administrative Affairs at Aljomaih Holding Company. He had previously held the position of Head of the Department of Islamic Economics, and a faculty member at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. He held many advisory and leadership positions, including: a trading and finance advisor at Al Rajhi Bank,Al-Awael Center for Economic Consulting. He is a member of several local and regional boards of directors, including: Al Jomaih Energy Company, Bandar Energy Company (Malaysia), Al Tayseer Arabia Company, International Investment Oasis Company, Blue Hills Company, Al Manara Communications and Information Technology Company, and Basqat Al Khaleej Company. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al-Jumaih Endowments, and the Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Jumaih Endowments. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Abdul Aziz Al Jomaih Charitable Foundation and the Al Jomaih Charitable Foundation.
