The Leadership Development Company – the executive partner of Mawhiba has implemented the pioneering program (personal skills development) according to the best and most distinguished successful experiences in this field, in line with the needs and nature of gifted students’ learning and the nature of the Saudi environment.
The program is distinguished by its comprehensive and integrated system that includes training sessions, games and special activities aimed at refining the students’ personal skills and helping them to become effective members with confident and influential leaders, which qualifies them to contribute to building society. The project targeted (600) Mawhiba male and female students in the age group (15-16) years, and was implemented in the cities of (Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, and Al-Khobar).
